System Requirements This is a ballpark of the minimum system requirements recommended to play the Vendetta Test. The Test may be playable on lesser hardware. However, these requirements represent the base system recommended for reasonable performance: Windows PC: A Pentium III class PC (or better) 256mb of system ram At least a 32mb T&L-accelerated 3D video accelerator (Geforce1/Radeon class) Windows 98, ME, 2000, or XP DIRECTX 8.1 Macintosh: An Apple G3 or G4 based system (Deskside, Imac, or laptop) 256mb of system ram A 32mb 3D-accelerating video card (or better) MacOS X 10.1.5 or better (the game *does not run* on MacOS 9) Linux: A Pentium III class PC (or better) 256mb of system ram A GLX-accelerated video card (32mb Geforce1 class or better) Glibc 2.1 or better Network Connection: The Vendetta Test requires an internet connection to play. The game was designed for use over a 56 kilobit modem connection or better. However, the initial game download is about 30 megabytes, which could take several hours over a modem.
